Every person on the worksite shares equally the responsibility to maintain a safe working environment. Foremen and superintendents are directly accountable to management for the crew’s safety. Employees are encouraged to not only report all unsafe acts and conditions but to actively participate in creating safe solutions through our Behavior-Based Safety program.
