Having entered the wind market in 2004, just as it was beginning to take off in the US, we were able to learn the ropes in tandem with utility companies and renewable energy developers—and begin building a portfolio of successful wind energy projects well before our competition. To date, we’ve installed more than 4,200 wind turbines across the country, resulting in the creation of thousands of megawatts of renewable energy. 

We’ve built strong partnerships with leading labor unions across the country to fuel our constant and growing need for qualified craft workers. Not only do these partnerships enable us to quickly scale our workforce as needed, but when individuals come to work for us, we know that they’ll be well prepared with the specialized skills they need to get the job done.
