The Stony Creek project is located in Somerset County, Pennsylvania and was constructed on a reclaimed surface mine.  The project required the use of P&H foundation design as 26 locations were deemed unsuitable for conventional spread-footer foundations.  Additionally the project was located in an area where there were numerous endangered species.  To ensure environmental compliance White Construction employed a full-time biologist and constructed new habitats for the endangered species located in the area.
