Paul M. Daily – CEO
Paul has over 25 years of domestic and international experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Paul has served in many management roles at a variety of well-respected organizations in our industry. Most recently, Paul served as the President and CEO of InfraSource LLC, where he successfully grew the company from $300 million to $750 million. InfraSource became a publicly traded company in May 2004 and grew to over $1 billion before being acquired by Quanta Services, Inc. Prior to his career at InfraSource LLC, Paul spent thirteen years with Willbros Group, Inc. and two years with Earth Tech / Tyco Infrastructure Services.
Paul has a proven leadership record and specializes in integrating acquired entities into existing business units. Developing strong management teams with aligned performance objectives has proved to produce operational success and bottom-line results. Currently Paul serves as the CEO of White Construction, Inc. and as President and CEO of White’s parent company, Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives LLC (IEA). Paul is a shareholder in IEA.
Paul graduated in 1978 from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and additional area of concentration in International Economics.
Creighton K. (Kim) Early – Chief Financial Officer
Creighton K. (Kim) Early – Chief Financial Officer
Kim has nearly 35 years’ experience in various senior financial and operational management positions in both publicly traded and privately held companies. Most notably, Kim was a key part of the management team that grew Earth Tech from a $37 million federal government geotechnical-consulting firm into a $1.3 billion multi-national water, environmental and transportation design-build leader. Kim served four years as President of the Global Water Management division, which comprised more than half the firm’s revenues.
Subsequent to his career at Earth Tech, he was a Consulting Principal with New York-based EFCG, providing M&A and strategic advisory services to engineering and environmental consulting firms in the U.S. and abroad, before joining Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives (IEA) and White Construction as a shareholder and Chief Financial Officer.
Kim graduated from Ohio State University and received an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Jeff Rodabaugh – Executive Vice President of Operations
Jeff Rodabaugh – Executive Vice President of Operations
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began with Stone and Webster as a Field Engineer and then as a Senior Construction Manager overseeing complex power and industrial projects. Through the years, Jeff has proved his leadership capabilities and successfully integrated project management processes and procedures, providing governance and support to assure success on difficult engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
Prior to joining IEA, Jeff served as President of Roberts and Schaefer (R&S). During his tenure as President, he led the company to diversify core product-line services, aggressively grew the company through alliances with both national and foreign companies, and put in place robust business processes, resulting in a substantial increase in profitability. Before R&S, Jeff served as President of InfraSource Transmission Systems (ITS) and as SVP, InfraSource Projects. Prior to ITS, Jeff also worked for Exelon as Corporate Director of Project Management, providing direction to thirteen power plant facilities and also served as Manager of Projects for General Electric (GE) where he was in charge of upgrading their global nuclear reactors.
Jeff is a Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Power Plant Operator, and Certified Project Management Professional. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and studied for his MBA, both at Syracuse University.

John Kennedy – Executive Vice President of Business Services
John’s diverse background includes over 25 years of leadership experience in the construction industry serving in a wide variety of roles including business development, engineering, project management, construction management, estimating, and procurement at companies such as Stone & Webster, ComEd / Exelon, InfraSource / Quanta Services, and KBR / Roberts & Schaefer. John brings a unique ability to focus organizations by streamlining procedures and driving bottom line results.
Prior to joining IEA John was responsible for global project delivery for the KBR Minerals Business Unit, during which time he successfully integrated Roberts and Schaefer into the larger KBR.
A graduate of Marquette University where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering, John has held Certifications in Project Management (Project Management Institute), Purchasing (National Association of Purchasing Managers), Production and Inventory Management as well as completing courses in Finance for Executives at the University of Chicago.

John Paul (JP) Roehm – Vice President of Renewable Energy Business Development
J.P. Roehm has over 17 years of engineering and construction experience. Prior to joining the IEA leadership team, J.P. worked for IEA’s subsidiary White Construction where he served in many capacities over the years including estimator, project manager, and Senior Vice President of Business Development.
In his current role with IEA, J.P. oversees the company’s renewable energy business development team pursuing and negotiating EPC contracting opportunities. His vision and knowledge of construction opportunities and relationships with clients within our industry are vital to the corporation’s success.
J.P. is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology where he received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
David Bostwick – Vice President Corporate Counsel
David Bostwick – Vice President Corporate Counsel
David has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in the capacities of both legal counsel and project management. Prior to earning his law degree, David was a project manager with a regional geotechnical, environmental, and materials testing consultant. In this capacity David gained extensive experience in the field, performing on-site inspection and evaluation of construction materials and methods and providing recommendations for remediating difficult construction conditions.
Before joining the company, David was in private practice, both as a sole practitioner specializing in construction law and in a construction law boutique firm where he represented national and regional real estate, development, construction, and material supply companies in matters related to construction, including transactions and litigation.
Currently David serves as Vice President and General Counsel of IEA, providing oversight of all legal affairs of the company including corporate governance, transactional compliance matters, and labor relations as well as negotiation of major contracts.
David is a graduate of Indiana University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He later returned to Indiana University, where he attended Robert H. McKinney School of Law and earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree.
Brenda Martin – Controller

Brenda Martin has over 20 years of leadership experience in the Finance and Accounting arena. Brenda’s experience includes a mix of public accounting and private equity portfolio company management roles.
Prior to becoming the Controller at IEA, Brenda was the Controller at Elgin National Industries and a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brenda has been involved in all aspects of the acquisition and divestiture processes, including due diligence, integration, purchase accounting, and dispute resolution as a Transaction Services Director at PwC. While at Elgin National Industries, she participated in three separate acquisitions and managed all aspects of the divestiture process, including diligence management, purchase agreement negotiation, and transition services. In addition to her acquisition and divestiture experience Brenda also has extensive experience in developing and assessing fraud risk mitigation programs and leading fraud investigations as the Midwest leader of PwC’s Fraud, Risk and Controls practice.
Brenda is a certified CPA and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois.

Herman (Buddy) White - President
Herman “Buddy” White – President
Buddy has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He began working at White Construction, Inc. in 1972. A family owned business for over 60 years; Buddy contributed greatly to the success of White by working directly on jobsites and improving productivity. After the untimely death in 1979 of founder Herman White, Buddy stepped immediately into the leadership role and began directing the ever-growing organization.
In 1982 Buddy was appointed President and CEO of White Construction and became the visionary for the company. Throughout the 1980s Buddy expanded operations into industrial plant maintenance and into the crane and heavy rigging industry. In the 1990’s the company began to flourish, expanding into the construction of over 5,000 MW of co-generating gas peaking plants across the Midwest.
In 2004 White ventured into the renewable energy market, specializing in wind farm construction projects. Entering into the renewable energy market would propel White Construction to grow over 600% in just six years, making White Construction one of the largest wind energy construction companies in both the United States and Canada.
Chris Hanson – Vice President of Wind

Chris Hanson has over 20 years of construction and engineering experience in the heavy civil, energy, and manufacturing markets. Prior to joining White Construction, Chris served as Chief Estimator and Business Development Manager for O’Neil Brothers Construction, as well as Project Engineer and Project Manager for Kokosing Construction Co., Inc.
As the Vice President of Wind, Chris is directly responsible for the safe, quality, and profitable performance of all White Construction wind projects. Chris’ experience with project execution and estimating provides a solid understanding of the importance of keeping safety, quality, and cost control at the forefront of management accountability in the field.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Tim Johnson – Vice President of Heavy Civil
Tim Johnson – Vice President of Heavy Civil
Tim Johnson has over 20 years of construction experience on a variety of heavy/civil, energy, and industrial projects across the country. Before joining the team at White Construction, Tim served as a Project Sponsor, Project Manager, and Superintendent for The Walsh Group. During his career, Tim has been responsible for managing some of the nation’s largest design-build infrastructure projects involving large bridges, mass excavation, roadway reconstruction, and light rail.
As the Vice President of the Heavy/Civil Group at White Construction, Tim is directly responsible for the safe, profitable delivery of all projects within his business unit. In addition, he works closely with the estimating group to assess and pursue a wide variety of project types.
Tim is a graduate of Purdue University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology. In addition, he also earned an MBA with a concentration in finance, graduating with distinction. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, proudly serving with the Air Wing in the Pacific Rim.

Nick is a highly accomplished senior executive with a distinguished 30 year career providing strategic planning, financial, operational and regulatory expertise to the construction industry.
As Vice President of Solar, Nick is responsible for the safety and quality execution of all solar projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. As General Manager of our Canadian office, Nick oversees all Canadian projects utilizing his prior experience in estimating costs/price, risk management, contract negotiations, design/build coordination, contacts within the renewable energy field and civil/electrical background.
Brian Hummer– Vice President of Estimating
Brian Hummer – Vice President of Estimating
Brian has over 18 years of engineering and construction experience in the renewable energy, heavy civil and transportation industries. He has been involved in the project management and estimating of numerous large scale projects during his tenure with White and previously with Walsh Construction and Kokosing Construction.
In his current role with White Construction, Brian manages the estimating department with a focus on wind, solar, heavy civil and department of transportation projects. He works very closely with the business development group to develop proposals and assist in negotiating opportunities.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on construction and geotechnical engineering. He is also a licensed professional engineer in Ohio since 2002.
Mark Giger - Vice President of Thermal Power
Mark Giger – Vice President of Thermal Power
Mark has over 30 years of experience and operational responsibility in the Thermal Power Industry including Project & Engineering Management, Construction, and Start-up of large EPC projects. Mark’s expertise spans multiple areas of the power and industrial market, including nuclear technology.
Prior to joining White Construction, Mark served as a Senior Project Manager at Kellogg, Brown & Root (KBR) Power and Industrial and was directly responsible for safety, engineering, quality and cost control to properly execute multiple large projects. Mark also served as senior project manager for TIC (The Industrial Company) for 13 years directing multiple complex Power and Industrial projects in the continental USA including Gas Turbine, Combined Cycle Power and Ethanol Projects including a $1.6B multiple combined cycle program.
In his current position at White Construction Mark is responsible for all thermal power projects within the organization. He manages the strategic aspects of large projects and mitigates risk and ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures for all thermal projects.
Mark is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering (BSOE).
Michael Conklin – Director Risk Management
Michael Conklin – Director Risk Management
Michael has over 25 years of executive management experience, as well as knowledge in community relations and contract negotiations. Before joining the team at White Construction, he served as a Vice President of Harbour Contractors, where he managed the operations team, job profitability, and client relations. During his tenure with Harbour, he was responsible for working collectively with OSHA and Compliance Safety Advocates to form a public/private partnership that produced significant cost savings to the developer of the Deer Run Industrial Park.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1978 and earned his Master’s degree in Operations Research in 1987 from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Mike is a veteran of the Beirut Bombing and Desert Storm. He was designated a Marine One Pilot in May 1995 and served in this capacity until October 1999. He served in the Marine Corps for 21 years, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
